This tri-tumbler was fired in a wood fire in May 2021. Unfortunately, the piece came out slightly underfired. It was then refired with a clear liner glaze in a cone 6 oxidation firing.
 
The variegated surface was created with layered slips and the touch of the flame during its initial firing.  Made of high-fired stoneware clay, this piece is durable and lasting.
